We do not accept returns or cash refunds. We do offer credits in certain circumstances.

BroadcastAtlanta professional services are backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you reject delivery of your photos and/or video deliverables due to quality or scheduled delivery date, we will credit your Broadcast Atlanta account 200% of the amount of payments you made.

Tangible products like merchandise are non refundable but may be returned for a store credit.
